Alphonse Baya as the Bishop of the Mombasa diocese.Friday is the day when senior Resident Magistrate Martin Rabera is expected to give his ruling on the matter this coming Friday. Sapit has been locked in a battle with a section of the clergy who say that he influenced the outcome of a process aimed at getting a new bishop for the Mombasa diocese.
