"Kenyan courts are ready to deal with all elections disputes after this year's elections. The opening of the High Court in Narok is a clear indication that the Judiciary is ready to get down to serious business," said Maraga as quoted by Radio Taifa.
The CJ further called on Kenyans to shun violence after the forthcoming elections. according to Maraga, violence was not a way of solving disputes but rather through the various legal processes spelt out in the country.
"Kenyans should stop the tendency of using violence in any dispute in the country more so on election results. The current Judicial system is ready to deal with such cases should they arise," added Maraga.
