Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka has warned his member and Machakos senator Johnson Muthama against working with other Cord members to frustrate his presidential bid.
Speaking on Saturday when he toured the Taita Taveta county, Musyoka directed his venom at the senator and long-time ally, accusing him of colluding with other Cord factions to plant barriers in his presidential journey.
He warned Muthama of a big wrath from the people should he go ahead and frustrate his (Kalonzo’s) bid at the presidency.
“The punishment you will get from these people will be worse than what you got when your trousers were torn in Parliament,” Musyoka told a silent Muthama who was part of the caravan.
Muthama was later seen leaving the rally and heading back to Nairobi in what is seen as anger with Musyoka.
