The Independent Party (TIP) leader Kalembe Ndile has urged the judiciary to create special court hearings for the leaders accused in Ethics Anti Corruption Commission (EACC) corruption report in a bid to get justice.

Speaking on Wednesday in Machakos town Kalembe said that the accused leaders should have their cases heard and determined as soon as possible.

“I urge the chief Justice Willy Mutunga to make a special arrangement for the leaders who are facing corruption allegations so that justice is not delayed,” said Kalembe.

Kalembe called upon the Machakos County Government to ban hawking business carried out in the town, mostly by non-residents, saying they should rent permanent business premises.       

“We need an orderly town. The move will also help to enhance security,” noted Kalembe.

Kalembe further urged the county government to beef up security in Machakos town.
