Energy Cabinet Secretary Charles Keter has asked the Kipsigis to vote for Jubilee candidates, starting from the President to MCAs, saying the current government has done a lot for them.
Keter, who until his appointment was Kericho senator, called on South Rift residents to vote for President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto in the forthcoming general election.
“Since this country got independence, the community has not experienced developmental projects ranging from roads, electricity and others, until the Jubilee government took power. So we have a reason to stay in Jubilee,” Keter said.
The CS said as a leader from the south region, he will ensure Jubilee is reelected.
“My agenda is to ensure the Jubilee government gets a second term, that’s why I am moving around the South Rift region telling the people what the government has done,” he said.
