Kenyan striker Michael Olunga seems to be interesting European teams, after Russian giants indicated their interest.
According to reports, Moscow will battle for the signature of the Kenyan international with Guishou Zhincheng FC, who have already tabled a bid for the former Gor Mahia stalwart currently playing for Swedish side Djurgarden.
The 22-year old scored 12 goals in his debut season in Sweden, which has got football pundits talking of his talents.
Olunga joined the Swedish club in 2015, signing a four year contract.
Djurgarden are understood to be unwilling to sell the player, but there are reports indicating he might have already signed a pre-contract with a Turkish club.
Djurgårdens sporting director Bosse Andersson acknowledged interest from different clubs, but was economical on more information.
“We know there is a great interest for Michael (Olunga). Further, I would not comment anything right now.” Said Andersson as quoted by Goal.com
