The M-Shwari system has been hit by an outrage which was experienced yesterday with customers complaining about their inability to access savings.Safaricom is yet to offer a comprehensive explanation on what caused the system outrage.Subscribers who raised their complaints with the telecommunications giant were asked to exercise patience as system engineers tried to get to the bottom of the problem.Isaac Awuondo, Commercial Bank of Africa Chief Executive, had on Wednesday issued assuarances that M-Shwari was operating normally but customers gave a contradictory account, saying that they could not access their savings.
