Cytonn Investement Group yesterday launched Cytonn towers, a mega project in Nairobi’s Kilimani area. The 150 meters high, Sh20 billion structure will be one of the tallest buildings in the region.
According to the Group, the 35 floor project will be used for mixed development and its construction will kick off from the fourth quarter of 2018.
Due to its triplex towers, the project is expected to take approximately four years, putting its completion years at 2022.
According to the project lawyer Donald Kipkorir, the skyscraper will host offices, restaurants, shops, apartments and hotels. Kipkorir also posted on his Facebook timeline that it will have the highest suspended restaurant and elevated pool in Africa.
The firm has recently been having a fast growing development portfolio with projects such as Amara Ridge which will be completed by the end of this year, The Alma, Taraji Heights, Situ Village, River Run Estates and Newtown.
