[Photo|Raila Odinga]The High Court will today, Tuesday, October 24, deliver a ruling, in a case, in which NASA leader Raila Odinga, and his Deputy Kalonzo Musyoka, have been sued. The two were taken to court, to be compelled to participate in Thursday's fresh presidential election, scheduled by the IEBC.The two leaders, failed to defend themselves, before Justice Chacha Mwita, a week ago, despite being given four days, to respond to the case filed by Pokot South MP, David Pkosing. The Jubilee Party lawmaker, through lawyer Kibe Mungai, argued that Raila, who withdrew from the October 26th polls, should comply with the Supreme Court's decision, and participate in the election to avoid a constitutional crisis that could plunge the country into uncertainty.
