1. Papaya (paw paw)

4. Pineapple

Pineapple is another which is cautioned not take due to presence of bromelain which not recommended during pregnancy because it can cause abnormal breeding.

5. Alcohol

Alcohol should be completely avoided when you are expecting because it causes language delay and abnormal facial features to the unborn babies.
