A dangerous gang, killing at the slightest provocation, appears to be on the loose in Kiambu. Residents of Muchatha, Kiambaa have said that the deadly gang has left about 8 people dead in a month.The identities of the members remain a matter still clouded in mystery with residents saying it has left 8 dead and 12 nursing serious knife injuries.There appears to be a pattern of torture according to the numerous accounts of the shaken Muchtha residents; stabbings in the chest, stomach or ribs with post-mortem results revealing gut-wrenching details.The dead had their main blood veins or liver cut and, more often than not, the gang disappeared into thin air without stealing anything which makes the killings all the more chilling. The residents have bemoaned the fact that although officers have been patrolling the area none of the members of the brutal group has been nabbed.
They are living in constant fear and they now want the government to intervene to save them their ordeal.
