Jubilee lead campaigners in Nyamira county are expected to change their campaign strategy and work extra harder as 'Daughters of Raila' Nyamira branch vow to rally more youths from the region to vote for NASA's flag barer Raila Odinga in the upcoming presidential elections.
According to 'Daughters of Raila' Chairlady Nyamira Chapter Kemunto Momanyi they are currently holding house to house campaigns to ensure that Raila guns 90% of the total votes in the region
In August, Odinga lost slightly to Uhuru Kenyatta, who managed to scoop 52 percent of votes from the region.
Speaking at Ikonge market during an exclusive interview during their house to house campaign, Kemunto said that so far they've managed to woe a good number of Jubilee supporters to vote for Raila in the upcoming elections.
"Jubilee had taken roots in the area by using government resources including CDF funds, IDP compensation but we have managed to overturn that" said Kemunto
She called upon the locals to believe in Raila more so the youth if they want real change in both county and National leadership.
