Daule meets Garissa Water and Sanitation CEC Hon. Issa Oyow.
Garissa Township and National Assembly Majority leader yesterday met up with Hon Issa Oyow.
Issa Oyow is the CEC Water and Sanitation Garissa County.
He paid the vocal Member of Parliament Aden Duale a courtesy call at his office in parliament buildings yesterday.
The Majority leader noted that the CEC Issa Oyow is the most performing CEC.
“Through the efforts of Governor Ali Korane, Oyow is one of the most performing CEC in Garissa,” Noted Duale.
He said that that access to water both for the urban and rural dwellers has been attained.
“Access to water both for the urban and rural dwellers has been attained. Access to water is a fundamental right and Garissa County has and Garissa County has substantially improved water supply to the residents,” He said.
He added that through the effort of Governor Roba there is an improvement in water infrastructure in the area and congratulated him for the same.
