NASA strategist David Ndii has criticized government decision to revoke his passport using ' non-existent laws'.

In a statement posted on his Twitter handle, the Economist took a swipe at Immigration Department Director Gordon Kihalangwa over the revocation even as he accused him of playing sycophancy games.

" @GKihalangwa suspends passport using non-existent section of the law (3)(2)(2) not citing reason as required. Sycophants are born, not made," he said.

Ndii, a key member of NASA has been the coalition's driving force ovet the last couple of months. And the revocation of his passport makes him the latest victim of the government crackdown on opposition figures believed to have played a key role in the in the swearing-in of Raila Odinga as the people's president.

Ruaraka MP TJ Kajwang was the first victim of the purge.. He was arrested for swearing in Raila.Then came politician Miguna Miguna who was on Tuesday arraigned in a Kajiado court and charged with treason.

Makadara MP George Aladwa was also apprehended last week before being released on cash bail.
