Majority Leader Aden Duale is no doubt a staunch supporter and number one defender of UhuRuto led Jubilee party.
He takes head on the critics of the government directly or indirectly.
Due to his unquestionable loyalty to the party, he is mandated to drive Jubille agenda in the national assembly.
He, one time, shocked the nation when he publicly declared that he was ready to take the bullet for his bosses - UhuRuto.
However, the Garissa Township MP baffles the nation when he unexpectedly threatened to ditch the coalition over harassment of his Somali people by the state.
The MP sensationally claimed that the state was hell-bent on arbitrarily arresting “his people.”
“We stand by the interests of our people. There should be no doubt about that,” Mr Duale said at a rally in Eastleigh attended by over 20 MPs and Senators from North Eastern, Coast, and Upper Eastern regions.
The MP further lashed out at the police officers for selectively arresting and detaining 'his Muslim people'' and vowed to defend his peoples' rights and interest without fear or favour.
“We were elected by the Muslim community and we shall defend their interests,” he said amidst chants from the charged crowd.
The remarks by Duale to his bosses was unprecedented as many Kenyans thought it was a scheme orchestrated by the MP to bolt out the party, but that has never been affected in any way the steadiness of Duale to the ruling party as he remains one of the most trusted men in the coalition.
