[Photo| rockycityfmradio.com] Supreme Court Chief Justice David Maraga has indicated the date they will give the judgement on the two presidential petitions challenging President Uhuru Kenyatta's win in the October 26 fresh presidential election. Speaking on Thursday after the hearing of the cases came to an end, Maraga said that the verdict will be delivered on Monday, November 20, 2017.The CJ however did not give the exact time but noted they will communicate it through the registrar of the court. The six-judge bench, CJ, DCJ Philomena Mwilu, Njoki Ndung'u, Jackton Ojwang', Smokin Wanjala and Isaac Lenaola have now retreated to write their judgments set to be delivered on Monday.
