The Jubilee Alliance Party wants Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) defectors to join their party.
The National Alliance (TNA) Secretary General Onyango Oloo asked ODM Secretary General Ababu Namwamba and the party's Vice Chairman Paul Otuoma to consider joining Jubilee so that they can be given leadership positions in the new party being formed after merger.
“Ababu and others that will defect in future should know that they have a home in Jubilee and not a party that is being portrayed to be a regional one. They should join the winning side,” said Mr Oloo.
The TNA Secretary General accused the ODM party leadership of mistreating its lieutenants and supporters urging the two to move to Jubilee which regards all its leaders as important.
Mr Oloo was speaking on Monday at a fund raiser towards the re-construction of St Benedicts Alendu Catholic Parish where he asked Nyanza region to rethink its political future.
“The writing is on the wall and the future of ODM is uncertain since it is disintegrating,” said Mr Oloo.
