[Photo|Nyandiga]The National Super Alliance NASA has written to 15 county governments, asking NASA governors for venues of Raila Odinga's planned swearing-in ceremony.Odinga sent out invitation cards for his inauguration ceremony slated for December 12, but failed to reveal the venue of the controversial event which has received criticism from various government leaders.The letters have been sent to especially County's that approved NASA coalition's People’s Assembly motion which giving residents in the respective assemblies powers to exercise sovereignty directly in accordance with article 1 of the Constitution.During the said day, Kenyans will be marking Jamhuri Day to mark 54 years of independence.People's Assembly motion was the motion dispatched to the following counties:1. Mombasa2. Kwale3. Kilifi4. Lamu5. Taita Taveta6. Tana River7. Nairobi8. Homa Bay9. Migori10. Kisumu11. Siaya.12. Busia13. Kakamega.14. Bungoma15. Vihiga.16. Kitui17. Machakos18. Makueni19.
