NASA leader Raila Odinga remained stubborn on Friday's meeting with envoys adding that he was ready to pay praise to achieve electoral justice in the country.
President Donald Trump through ambassador Robert Godec insists that the NASA team should embrace dialogue which President Uhuru Kenyatta is reportedly ready to participate.
"Prime Minister was clear that he is ready to be arrested for treason if that would help Kenya achieve electoral justice," wrote Norman Magaya in ODM Youth League WhatsApp Group.
He added: "He was clear that envoys should not meddle in Kenyan politics by dictating terms. For us to stop swearing-in, Uhuru must reach us so that we set agenda together."
But Godec, who was in charge of the delegation, said Kenya must strive to uphold the constitution at all times.
"I stress need to uphold constitution . We urge the government and the opposition to engage in open and transparent national dialogue," he said after the meeting.
At city morgue on Thursday, Odinga fired at the envoys by accusing them of meddling in the internal affairs of the country.
Further Odinga has been on record for blaming Godec for being part of 'Kenyan problem' when he toured USA in November.
