A fired up Nyamira Governor John Nyagarama has warned his cabinet ministers of impending sack should they fail to deliver election pledges made to people.

Also, Nyagarama, who is serving his second term on ODM ticket, said he has come up with stringent tolls he will use to evaluate his cabinet.

"We must work hard and deliver our agenda to people. There is no turning back and it is important to note that if you can't walk with us, you can quit.

"Each of you is you is required to make a presentation on what should be done so that we plan for better future of our people," said Nyagarama on Friday when launching cabinet retreat.

Throughout his first term, Nyagarama was accused of misplacing priorities with planting of flowers within Nyamira Town raising heated debate.

Currently, the 73- year-old county boss is facing an election petition that was launched by his competitor Walter Nyambati.

The cabinet retreat that commences immediately will take place in Kisumu. a move that has however raised questions from members of the public.
