The Deputy speaker Moses Cheboi appeared to raise concerns about his resume, saying that he was struggling to find the relevance of Tobiko's credentials to his job.

''I have been struggling because his resume is very heavy. I am struggling to understand why Mr. Tobiko is changing course close to the end. I have tried to look at that particular strength on the environment and I can't seem to find it,'' Deputy Speaker Moses Cheboi said.

Hon. Cheboi was speaking today in the morning during the vetting of the Environment CS.

Concerns have been raised about the relevance of the credentials of the nominees to their roles.

Tobiko's CV is strong on prosecutorial duties and weak on environmental matters.
