Here are a few things that you should never do on an empty stomach.
Avoid at all costs, taking any type of medication unless prescribed to do so by the doctor. Drugs especially anti-inflammatory ones could cause pose as a health hazard when taken on an empty stomach; it could lead to gastric bleeding.
Another common habit over a big population of adults is taking alcohol on an empty stomach. If you are doing this, you need to stop because your rate of getting drunk will be two times faster, you will end up having a severe hangover and be at a risk of getting a damaged liver or kidney.
Training or participating in a sport intensely on an empty stomach is very dangerous. You will not be losing fat instead your muscles will be lost posing a danger to your health, make sure to eat well before you embark in any kind of training.
