[Photo|Mohammed Ali]Nyali MP Mohammed Ali, his constituency manager, his deputy and Nyali Bodaboda Sacco secretary general, held talks with the management of Premier Hospital, the only major hospital in the constituency. The talks revolved around healthcare programme for the bodaboda industry, kidney patients in Nyali, cancer patients and maternity care for mothers. "Glad that the talks went well and we are optimistic that very soon we will roll out an affordable system for our people where cancer and kidney related diseases patients will be able to access quality treatment via NHIF," said the MP on Wednesday.They were taken round the 70-bed state-of-art facility offering a wide range of services such as Radiotherapy, Chemotherapy, HDU, ICU, Maternity, XRay, CT scan, Dialysis, in patient, out patient, theatre among others. The hospital places Nyali as one of the nationwide options for medical tourism. "Very soon we will start having mashinani medical camps and health talks," said the lawmaker.
