Former President Daniel arap Moi is still holed up in Israel at Tel Aviv hospital where he arrived on Sunday for a knee surgery.
Sources said Moi is responding well to treatment and will return soon.
The retired president was accompanied by his son Gideon Moi and personal doctor Dr David Silverstein.
Trouble with his knee started in January 27, 2017 when he underwent a minor surgery on his knee at the Aga Khan University Hospital in Nairobi.
This was after he was involved in a minor accident in July 30, 2006 where his Range Rover and Nissan Pick-up collided in Limuru.
