The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) has dispatched officers to Kenyatta National Hospital.
The officers are set to investigate allegations of rape at the facility.
Acording to citizentv, the detectives are set to conduct interviews with patients, hospital staff and visitors.
The dispatched detectives have been given till the end of the week to conduct their investigations.
The move by the DCI comes after a number of victims came out to expose morgue attendants whom they said had, for quite a long time, been raping mothers.
In a press statement, KNH CEO Lily Koros however denied any cases of rape going on at the facility.
She urged victims to register their concerns through suggestion boxes provided at the hospital.
