The Devolution Cabinet Secretary, Anne Waiguru, will tommorrow launch Uwezo Fund in Mavoko Constituency tommorrow.
This was revealed by the Mavoko Sub County Assistant Deputy County Commissioner, Phylip Lemalasia, who said all necessary arrangements were complete to make the function successful.
Lemalasia who spoke at a press briefing in his office yesterday, disclosed that his office was closely working with that of the area member of parliament to ensure everything was in order.
He said they had mobilised all relevant stake holders, members of the public and the beneficiaries to attend and fully participate in the important event.
The commissioner said the CS would be hosted by the office of the area member of parliament as constitutional custodian of the public fund.
The area MP Patrick Makau confirmed that he will be hosting the CS during the event at Mavoko Stadium in Athi River town tommorrow.
Lemalasia said more security officers had been deployed in the region to ensure security during the cabinet's secretary tommorrow.
He ordered all chiefs and their assistants to appear in their full official uniforms during the function since it is official passing stern warning that those who defy the directives would face disciplinary action.
