Televangelist Gilbert Deya wants the prosecution to supply him with DNA results from the government chemistry.

Deya is facing five counts of stealing children.

 He allegedly committed the crimes on diverse dates in the years 2002 and 2004 at Mountain View Estate.

 “The accused has the right of knowing the nature of the case he faces [in order] to prepare adequately," said John Swaka

Milimani chief magistrate Francis Andayi directed the prosecution to supply the results before the case is heard.

The prosecution, led by senior state counsel Nicholas Mutuku, confirmed they will be ready to proceed on that date.
