An elected MP in Nyamira County has condemned county Deputy Governor Amos Nyaribo over attempt to overthrow his sick boss Governor John Nyagarama.
North Mugirango MP Joash Nyamoko stated that it is bad for the Deputy Governor to forge governor Nyagarama's signature to sack county secretary.
"Nyaribo should stop being selfish and jealous to lead the people of Nyamira. His decision to forge Nyagarama's signature shows that he is immature and self-centered to have Nyagarama dead so that he can run Nyamira county as his kiosk," he said.
He said Nyaribo should apologize to the sick ODM governor so that the can recover quickly and return into the country.
"It seems Nyaribo is the reason as to why Nyagarama has been taken ill after he decided to forge his signature. Power doesn't come just like that you have to sweat for it. Nyaribo should make formal apologies to Nyagarama's family and the rest of the people in Nyamira county," he noted.
Nyamoko stated Nyaribo should forget succeeding Nyagarama in 2022.
This comes after Nyagarama was flown to the US on Friday for special treatment after he developed limbs failure.
