The Kenya Diaspora Alliance has congratulated President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto for their re-election.
The Alliance has however urged the two leaders to embark on uniting the country.
In a statement on Saturday, KDA chairman Shem Ochuodho said the two leaders to tackle rampant corruption in the country.
“It cannot be business as usual; the next five years must be different. Kenyans can’t accept to be held back any longer by these two vices,” Ochuodho said.
Ochuodho also congratulated other winners in the election including the defeated NASA.
He has however urged the opposition to seek legal redress on their grievances over the election results.
