Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Chair Wafula Chebukati is one man experiencing the hardest time as all eyes are on him ahead of fresh presidential elections.
With the repeat polls only 4 days away, the under fire boss is facing an uphill task putting the commission in order especially after Commissioner Roselyn Akombee resigned and the CEO Ezra Chiloba heading on a three week leave just before the October 26th poll.
Chebukati was recently seen with unshaved hair for the first time.
Many Kenyans were left with tyranny of questions running in their minds.
His new look was a sharp difference from his previous look that Kenyans are used to his clean shave that hid his baldness.
Most Kenyans were left astonished as they were used to Chebukati having abald head.
