Ezra Chiloba, the 'beautiful' IEBC Chief Executive has courted many controversies in his short stint at the organization. In the process, he has earned himself many funny names. Initially, the women of Kenya fondly christened him Chilobae, but when NASA leaders alleged that he was plotting to steal baba's votes and insisted that he must leave, they changed tune and called him Chilobye.

Worse was still to come for Ezra Chiloba. When the journey to Canaan failed and noting that there was no one to blame because Chiloba was on leave, Nasarites began formulating wild narratives that Chilobae had taken the keys to Canaan thus leaving them stranded at the doorstep of Canaan!

Whether this is true or false is yet to be determined. It is usually common for a cheeky worker to hide crucial keys from his employer.

When the history of the disputed 2017 polls will finally be written, be sure that a chapter dedicated to one Chilobae and his role in the poll will not miss.

Meanwhile, let us all pray that the Nasarites will not be left stranded at the gates of Canaan for long after their tough effort to cross the red sea and river Jordan.
