Did some Nairobi Jubilee MPs team up to assault new Embakasi East MP Babu Owino?

According to the Standard, Owino had earlier been advised against venturing into the main parliamentary chambers over claims that there was a plan to beat him up.

It is said the trap was to put him away from the glaring cameras of the public as other opposition MPs were attending a press conference by Raila Odinga.

The paper has further revealed that there is another plan by Opposition MPs to beat up a controversial Jubilee MP who is known for his unrelenting statements.
