During various stopovers in Athi River and Mlolongo, The National Super Alliance (NASA) leader on Saturday said that the International Criminal Court (ICC) should investigate President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto for ‘crimes against humanity’.

According to the Daily Nation, the NASA leader said that it was sad that more than thirty innocent Kenyans were brutally killed by the police during his homecoming reception from the US and urged ICC to probe the killings.

“When excited young people came to welcome me back, they were shot dead by like thieves. What kind of government is that?” Odinga said.

“Uhuru and Ruto should be charged at the Hague for these crimes against humanity,” Odinga said as quoted by the Daily Nation.

In addition, Raila said that the ‘end time’ for Jubilee administration had come as they will ensure, they use all constitutional means available to stop Uhuru’s reign.

“Jubilee’s proverbial forty days have come. They have become a rogue cat which must be killed and as I said we have many ways to do it,” the former Prime Minister said as quoted by the Daily Nation.

NASA has announced that it will hold a memorial mass at the Jacaranda Grounds in Nairobi for all those killed by police on Raila’s welcoming as Uhuru and Ruto will be sworn in the same day.
