Joseph Onyango Ochieng' alias Onyi Jalamo has revealed the amoung of gains he got from the NASA Tibim song.

Jalamo said that he took less than an hour to compose the song and that he never knew it would become a hit in the political space.

He said that  song is a remix of an earlier song Dan Oria Tena done in support of a local MCA candidate in Nairobi.

On the day of the Supreme court ruling alone, Cyrus Kimani, a music vendor in Dandora, said he sold over 1,000 CDs belonging to the musician.

“I am humbled by the reception of the song and I thank God because I did not expect it to be so appreciated,” Jalamo said as reported by the Standard.

“Ignore the many reports doing the rounds on social media from a section of bloggers. It is true that I have been paid handsomely by Raila Odinga, but it is not Sh10 million,” he said.

“I have an agreement with Raila, who has already invited me to his office and home to seal the deal,” he added.
