The Alliance for Real Change presidential candidate Abduba Dida has once again issued a fresh to IEBC ahead of the repeat presidential elections.
Dida who will be on the ballot during the repeat presidential elections said that IEBC must meet all conditions by candidates before going to the polls.
Dida has said that he wants CEO Ezra Chiloba and all electoral officials accused of bungling the August 8 elections to resign.
Speaking on Thursday, Dida further added that he is yet to give the final decision on whether he will participate in the election.
He said he will make the decision after discussing several issues with IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati.
Among the departments, he accused of facilitating rigging in the previous election include logistics, legal and Information Technology (IT).
