According to Mutua, these leaders are being used by the devil so that they can divide this country for the selfish gains as the next general elections draw closer.

Speaking in reference to Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho and other leaders who have been launching scathing attacks against the presidency, Mutua asked them to respect the current government.

The leaders emphasized that the leaders should give President Kenyatta time to lead the people of this country because he was given authority to do so during the last general elections.

“Leaders who cannot give others respect are leaders who are being used by the devil to burn this nation and they must not be allowed to do so,” said Mutua, as quoted by MediaMax.

Mutua has affirmed that he will rally supporters from all over the nation to vote for President Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto during the upcoming polls.

The Maendeleo Chap Chap leader has confirmed that his party will only field candidates for the MCA, MP, Senator and Governorship seats in the upcoming elections as they look forward to presenting a presidential candidate in 2022.
