By Sunday, various political party agents from the city had assembled at Kasarani stadium for a meeting with IEBC officials to discuss what was expected of them during the Tuesday election.
There was, however, a delay in kicking off the process after some party agents were barred from the venue as they lacked appointment letters.
"We came here with the hope of meeting with IEBC communication to take us through our roles during the voting process. There was however no formal communication and we are relying on word of mouth from some friends," said Kennedy Mutunga, a Jubilee Party as quoted by Standard.
