Kapseret Member of Parliament (MP) Oscar Sudi has hit back at Jubilee Members of Parliament dragging President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto in all matters.
This is after a section of Rift Valley leaders accused the top Jubilee leadership of being Keter's woes.
Keter was arrested on Friday for allegedly presenting fake treasury bills worth Sh634 million. He was released on cash bail of Sh2 million.
Speaking to journalists on Sunday after visiting Keter Sudi said it was wrong to point fingers at anyone because everyone makes mistakes.
"I heard some leaders talking about the issue. I want to tell them that we all make mistakes. It doesn't mean every time something bad happens you point fingers at the president or his deputy," he said.
Sudi said that Keter's arrest was something normal.
"What has happened in Alfred's case is normal. Sometimes even us leaders make mistakes just like anybody else. When that happens, due process and law must be followed and that is what is going on," he added.
Cherengany MP Joshua Kuttuny led a host of Jubilee MPs in condemning Keter's arrest.
