Nairobi-based DJ Demakufu has threatened to file a case against Mombasa's VJ Chris for using his name in a mixtape. Demakufu accused Chris of using his name to gain popularity.In the mixtape, Chris took a swipe at Demakufu by referring to his dark skin. Demakufu said he will not take the jabs thrown at him lightly, threatening to file a suit against Chris for riding on his back.Speaking during an interview on Baraka FM’s Mega breakfast show, Demakufu said arguing with VJ Chris is a waste of time adding that he has better things to do than engage in fights with newbies.“People told me he (VJ Chris) is using my name in his mix tape and when I contacted him he became harsh and was spoiling for a fight,” he said. On his part, VJ Chris said only a boxing match between him and Demakufu will end their beef. “Yes I want to fight him. He started the beef and now I want to end it physically in a boxing ring,” said VJ Chris.
