Energy CS Charles Keter has told Rift Valley residents not to listen to Bomet Governor Isaac Ruto saying he is a confused man.

Keter said Governor RUto is out to taint the image of the Deputy President for 'self interest'.

"Don't ever listen to propaganda by Isaac. His aim is to taint the DP but we will send him parking next year to pave way for disciplined leaders," he said.

Governor Ruto has been seen as a rebel after publicly opposing the DP.

He has refused to join the Jubilee party and instead formed his Chama Cha Mashinani party.
