The outspoken Kitutu Chache South MP aspirant, Samuel Omwando has urged Kisii residents not to vote failures ahead of the 2017 elections.
Omwando was speaking at Nyamataro area where he said that Kisii County locals should weigh politicians development record before voting them to Parliament.
"Politicians with poor development records should not be voted. Let each person seeking an elective post perform before being elected. Voters should vote with the aim of benefiting from the development of a leader," he said.
He accused the current constituency MP Onyonka for failing to deliver effectively.
"In many occasions, you have witnessed Onyonka dancing at Omogusii unity rallies. He has forgotten to deliver to the people. He has betrayed the community supporting Jubilee instead of advocating for the party that he was elected on in 2013 elections," he noted.
He added that the current leadership in the constituency needs change and asked locals to support him in 2017 elections.
