President Uhuru Kenyatta has slammed the Opposition, saying they do not have an agenda for Kenyans.

He said they have been busy attacking and criticising government institutions instead of campaigning, to face Jubilee, in the August 8 polls.

Speaking in Kericho, alongside his deputy William Ruto, addressed a public rally at Londiani, Chepseon and Kedowa during a meet-the-people tour of Kericho County, Thursday.

"Let us stop all forms of intimidation in our politics and respect the will of the people," he said.

He asked the Opposition to stop its attackks on the IEBC, over the ballot papers tendering process, and wondered if they really had an agenda.

According to Uhuru, if the Raila Odinga-led team had an agenda for Kenyans, they would be busy campaigning instead of criticising his government and IEBC's mandate.

"Instead of interfering with the work of IEBC, they should sell their agenda if they have any, to Kenyans."

"Those we are competing with should have adequately prepared themselves because it was known from the word go that the 2017 general elections will be held on August 8," he said.
