A section of doctors from six counties in South Rift region have threatened to go on strike.
The medics are demanding payment of their withheld salaries during the period they were on strike.
The doctors were on strike for 100 days
Affected counties in the region include Nakuru, Bomet Laikipia, Kericho, Kajiado and Narok.
KMPDU South Rift Secretary, Dr Damji Atellah, has said that they have already written to the governors of the six counties.
They are seeking for a consultative meeting with the aim of having the withheld salaries from the month of December to March paid immediately.
