The Union's secretary general Dr Ouma Oluga said this would help push the government to move with speed and find solution to the ongoing doctors strike, which entered is now in its third week.

Addressing the press at the Kenyatta National Hospital, he said they would first withdraw services at the Hospital's Private Wing and the Doctor's Plaza if government fails to implement the CBA as agreed.

They would later withdraw operations in other private hospitals starting this Friday.

Oluga further warned that they would not relent on their strike despite a Court order that termed the strike illegal.

This is after the Council of Governors (CoG) asked the Court to issue warrant of arrests against the doctors for contempt of Court.

The case will be heard December 20, 2016.
