KMPDU Secretary General Ouma Oluga has dismissed reports that they declined an offer from the government to end their strike.
Olunga said there has been no offers from the government as claimed by Government Spokesman Eric Kiarithe on Friday.
"We want to dispel rumors that we are unwilling to engage in dialogue over strike. We have attended over six meetings demanding implementation of June 2013 CBA. The offers that the government is talking about have not been made to us, maybe to the media," Oluga said in Mombasa on Saturday.
The doctors began their strike on December 5, 2016.
The Union is demanding a 300 per cent pay increment for doctors, and 25 to 40 per cent rise for nurses.
