Dominion Farms Chief Executive Officer Calvin Burgess has accused the Opposition leader Raila Odinga alongside other Opposition politicians, of frustrating his business through extortion and eviction threats.
The farm is the largest agricultural investment in Yala, Nyanza region.
He claimed that trouble began when he refused to fund Rala's ODM party.
Burgess further noted that Raila's sister Ruth Odinga, had pressed him hard to become a rice dealer in a prime location in Kisumu, only for her to take rice from his farm and decline to pay, five years now.
He also accused Bondo MP Gideon Ochanda of trying to push locals into his land illegaly.
Burgess has now written to the Interior Ministry requesting for security to protect him from goons hired by the leaders he claimed were behind his frustrations.
