CCU party leader and Former Kathiani MP Wavinya Ndeti has cautioned members of the public to avoid being duped by former CCU officials.

This comes a week after the party secretary general Philip Sadja addressed members of the press concerning the former officials.

The former officials include - Maur Abdallah (former chairman), Veronicah Mativo (Former treasurer) and Titus Kaloki (Former Secretary General).

The trio stopped to hold office after the CCU disciplinary committee found them guilty of squandering Sh2m belonging to the party. 

End last year, the former party officials put up notices in the dailies warning the public against transacting any business with the current officials led by Wavinya Ndeti.

 But through a letter originating from the the registrar of political parties dated December 7, the registrar clarifies that Wavinya Ndeti is the party leader, Philippe Sadja secretary general and Caroline Malinda Treasurer.
