ODM party leader Raila Odinga has told women in Nyanza to reject men with no ID or voters cards.
Raila who spoke at the Jomo Kenyatta Sports Grounds in Kisumu said people who do not have IDs and voters cards should wake up and apply for the documents.
He was in Kisumu to inspect the ongoing voter registration exercise that the IEBC officially launched on Monday ahead of the August general elections.
"Even these beautiful ladies here, men should not seduce them if they do not have IDs and register as voters," he said amid applause from the women present.
"Women should ensure men register as voters."
Raila is gunning for the presidency and is expected to take on President Uhuru Kenyatta during the August polls.
"If we all register as voters, then NASA will sweep away Jubilee Party," he added.
"It is, therefore, crucial for Kenyans to take a bold step and enlist as voters."
The ongoing voter registration exercise is the last as the country prepares to go for elections.
The opposition chief is on a countrywide popularizing Cord ahead of the polls.
