Addressing the press on Thursday in a Kisii hotel the ODM supporters from Kisii and Nyamira led by youth leader Erick Janganya and Evans Otegi challenged the national government not to interfere with the Judiciary.

“We want to challenge the national government to stop interfering with the Judiciary and let it do perform its mandate in curbing hate speech,” said Otegi.

In addition, they added that they want the cases in Judiciary to be handled without any inference from the state.

“Judiciary was formed to help us end this problem hence we are advocating its mandate without the inference of any person," he added.
