Former Bomet governor Isaac Rutto is unfit to hold a ministerial post in the country.
This is according to a section of MCAs in his county.
The MCAs are opposed to the lobbying to have Rutto rewarded with a Cabinet slot saying he did not support Jubilee in the August 8 general election.
They were speaking on Friday at a press conference.
Led by Embomos MCA Robert Serbai, the MCAs asked President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto to do away with Rutto because he was involved in corrupt deals.
“We know him very well. He misused public funds in Bomet and residents cannot tolerate him anymore,” Serbai said.
Their sentiments found support in former senator Wilfred Lesan who termed Rutto “a wolf in sheepskin.”
